Where parenting is
both science and soul
Meet Kris
Hi, I’m Kris — the heart behind neuromommy.
I’m married to my best friend, Rod, and together we’re raising our daughter, Lyla, alongside our three French Bulldogs. Motherhood shifted everything for me, deepening my desire to understand how children develop emotionally, neurologically, and energetically. Before becoming a mother, I devoted myself to inner and spiritual work, learning how beliefs are formed and how presence shapes the brain and nervous system.
My approach is deeply inspired by the teachings of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Gordon Neufeld, Shefali Tsabary, and Erica Komisar, whose work continues to shape how I view attachment, emotional safety, and conscious parenting.
Through Neuromommy, I share neuroscience-backed tools, affirmations, and mindful practices designed to help parents raise mindful creators— children who feel safe to explore, express, and believe in what’s possible. This space is for like-minded parents who believe that intentional parenting begins with presence, connection, and inner awareness.
